Live Show Operation Officer (Beauty and Fashion) - Welcome Fresh Graduates

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist the live team with administrative tasks before and after live events, including preparing materials and products for broadcasts
  • Adjust technical settings promptly based on the host's needs during the live show
  • Responsible for setting up equipment, uploading product listings, managing stock level, and overseeing real-time inventory during live shows
  • Help plan the live broadcast schedule for Merchants
  • Manage live show orders, including customer service and logistics coordination
  • Collaborate with the operations teams to prepare regular reports and facilitate the inquiries from customer services team
  • Ensure that logistics and warehouse procedures comply with company requirements
  • Support various ad-hoc projects as requested by the management team

Who is Our Right Fit:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within live events or broadcasting
  • Familiarity with live event production processes and logistics is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Immediate availability preferred; fresh graduates with relevant interests will also be considered
  • Required to support live shows on weekends
