What You Will Be Doing
- Process and System Analysis: Evaluate current sales processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities for operational workflows and merchant experiences
- Digital Experience Optimization: Enhance the merchants' digital presence, including the portal and mobile apps, by analyzing user behavior and implementing strategies to improve key performance metrics
- Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategies for process and system enhancements aligned with organizational goals
- Performance Metrics: Define KPIs to measure the success of operational and system improvements
- Collaboration: Work with sales, operations, IT, and other departments to gather insights on process challenges
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to secure support for improvement initiatives
- Administrative Tasks: Schedule meetings and assist with various administrative duties
Who is the Right Fit
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Project Management or E-commerce preferred
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proven experience in process mapping and data analysis
- Proficient in English and Chinese, with MS Office skills
- More experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Project Officer - Merchant Partnership
