What You Will Be Doing

  • Process and System Analysis: Evaluate current sales processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities for operational workflows and merchant experiences
  • Digital Experience Optimization: Enhance the merchants' digital presence, including the portal and mobile apps, by analyzing user behavior and implementing strategies to improve key performance metrics
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategies for process and system enhancements aligned with organizational goals
  • Performance Metrics: Define KPIs to measure the success of operational and system improvements
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, operations, IT, and other departments to gather insights on process challenges
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to secure support for improvement initiatives
  • Administrative Tasks: Schedule meetings and assist with various administrative duties

Who is the Right Fit

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Project Management or E-commerce preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in process mapping and data analysis
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, with MS Office skills
  • More experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Project Officer - Merchant Partnership
