What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the management of customer rebate programs
  • Assist in collecting, cleaning and analyzing data
  • Audit deals and contracts for accuracy, resolving any missions or discrepancies by working with internal teams and requirements set forth by company
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate with affiliate partners to address inquiries and provide support
  • Prepare reports on affiliate performance, rebate status, and project progress
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Maintain organized project documentation and files

Who is Our Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimal 1 year of working experience. Previous experience in affiliate marketing, customer service, and operation is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
