What You Will Be Doing
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement. Key responsibilities will include:

Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including compensation & benefits, performance management, talent relations, and talent engagement programs

oversee HR operations across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with corporate policies while managing local compliance

Handle C&B related programs including monthly payroll, tax returns, insurance administration and benefits review

Take ownership beyond standard HR operations, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance workforce effectiveness and business performance.

Work closely with the Centre of Excellence (COE) on Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development initiatives to create cohesive HR functions.

Think process and drive continuous improvement, streamlining HR workflows and enhancing efficiency while maintaining compliance.

Stay agile and adaptable, responding quickly to evolving business needs and providing HR solutions that support organizational transformation.

Lead ad hoc talent management projects as assigned
Who is Our Right Fit

Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in Human Resources Management

Hands-on HR experience in UK, Japan, Macau, and Taiwan, with the ability to support is highly desirable

Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with business priorities.

Agile, process-oriented thinker with the ability to drive improvements and deliver solutions efficiently.
