職位一：直播主（Live Host）
適合熱愛推介產品、擅長即時銷售互動的人才！

工作包括：

  • 直播類別: 街市生鮮食品、保健品、日用品、美妝等產品直播 
  • 每月進行固定場次, 每場直播（2–3小時），提升銷售轉化
  • 策劃直播流程，安排產品介紹節奏與互動橋段
  • 與觀眾即時交流、解答問題、引導購買行為
  • 適合具備銷售經驗、直播興趣者

工作地點：街市、門市、將軍澳總部等實地直播點
薪酬模式：底薪＋佣金（全職月入可達 $40,000），兼職每場 $600–$800 起

 

職位二：節目型直播主持人（直播節目主持人）
適合具創意、內容企劃力、節目掌控力的表演型人才！

工作包括：

  • 與直播主/嘉賓共同主持訪談、挑戰、教學或主題節目
  • 管理與營運HKTVmall Sharehub直播帳號
  • 負責直播內容策劃、簡單腳本撰寫、場地設置與流程安排
  • 播後數據分析、觀眾參與率追蹤與策略優化
  • 主動發掘合作對象、話題內容，創造節目人氣

工作地點：HKTVmall總部或指定攝製空間

 

要求： 

  • 個性外向、有創意、喜歡上鏡、外向有親和力、有節目感或銷售經驗者
  • 具鏡頭感染力，表達欲強，擅長營造節目氣氛
  • 樂於學習直播新技術，能快速適應各大直播平台操作
  • 能獨立策劃或執行直播內容，具執行力與創意
  • 勇於嘗試不同直播風格與主題

 

選拔賽截止報名日期 ： 2025年7月18日 (星期五)

The personal data collected will be used by Hong Kong Technology Venture Company Limited or any of its subsidiary, associate or holding company of any of them (“the Group”).
