(Assistant) Digital Marketing Officer (Business Development)

With your KPIs on GMV and no. of customers, you will be one of the business owners of an assigned product category and drive its success through add-rounded approaches, including but not limited to promotion campaigns, loyalty program, content marketing, CRM programs

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyse product category business metrics, own channel exposure performance and attribution, and CRM data to drive data driven marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist in planning and executing ideas for customer acquisition for the assigned category and also the whole business
  • Decorate the content of in-app display of your product category and other marketing channels, including eDMs and push notification
  • Prepare regular reports, analyze data to extract insights, and provide optimization suggestions.
  • Monitor the development of campaigns and track all objectives and related KPIs.
  • Execute on CRM program operations including data analysis, customer segmentation, promotion initiatives, reporting and insight sharing
  • Work closely with cross-team members including sales team, marketing, IT, external vendors to ensure quality implementation and maintenance of marketing automation tools and  to achieve business and marketing KPIs

 

Who is our Right Fit  

  • Degree holder in marketing, business, or related discipline

  • 1 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce, experience in the startup, agency, or insurance field is an advantage

  • Hands-on experience in digital ad implementation with Google Ads / Social Media / Google Analytics / SEO

  • A highly motivated self-starter with good planning and time management skills

  • Able to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good communication skills in both English and Chinese
