What You Will Be Doing
- Identify merchant-level leads, contact decision makers, and close the deal
- Develop new and strengthen existing partnerships with affiliate networks, agencies, and merchants
- Acquire and retain merchant partners, and ensure revenue growth quarter to quarter
- Negotiate and source market-leading cashback deals to enhance our offering
- Conduct business reviews with merchants and build strong relationships with them
- Create promotional decks and case studies to showcase the value of partnerships.
- Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns, including booking, setup, performance monitoring, and site placement optimisation to maximize ROI.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, create reports, and provide actionable insights to partners.
Who is our Right Fit
- Degree in business or other related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of business development/ account management experience in eCommerce, affiliate or fintech
- A good communicator who thrives on maintaining strong client relationships through video calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively in partnership-driven roles.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying information to clients and colleagues
- Have a proactive and analytical mindset to problem solving
- Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
