Assistant Project Officer (Leasing Team)

What You will be Doing

  • Draft new shop’s layouts and tender
  • Follow up shops hardware’s repair and maintenance
  • Source and arrange shops equipment
  • Ensure the procurement procedure complied with company policy
  • Work closely with internal parties for minor refits to comply with different sales and marketing strategy
  • Work closely with external parties (Landlord, management office, contractors) to ensure projects completed with high standard
  • Meet tight deadline for any project assigned

 

Who is Our Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or related discipline
  • 2 years’ experience in retail design/Retail project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, AI, 3D max or sketch-up and MS office 
  • Experience in sizable portfolio of chain store is preferred
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving
  • Strong market sense and familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge
  • Good team player with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proactive, independent with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
