What You will be Doing
- Draft new shop’s layouts and tender
- Follow up shops hardware’s repair and maintenance
- Source and arrange shops equipment
- Ensure the procurement procedure complied with company policy
- Work closely with internal parties for minor refits to comply with different sales and marketing strategy
- Work closely with external parties (Landlord, management office, contractors) to ensure projects completed with high standard
- Meet tight deadline for any project assigned
Who is Our Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or related discipline
- 2 years’ experience in retail design/Retail project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, AI, 3D max or sketch-up and MS office
- Experience in sizable portfolio of chain store is preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving
- Strong market sense and familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge
- Good team player with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proactive, independent with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
