What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and lead the marketing strategy for HKTVmall’s new project - Cashback/Beauty and Fashion/other upcoming projects
- Create personalized campaigns and customer journeys using automation and analytics tools
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to deliver relevant promotions and content
- Collaborate with merchant partners to enhance CRM efforts and support their business growth
- Track campaign performance and use data insights to optimize ROI
- Work closely with sales, advertising, and product teams to ensure seamless execution
- Propose innovative initiatives to drive GMV and improve customer retention
Who is Our Right Fit
- A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing, e-commerce, or related fields
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Marketing Manager position
- Experience in online retail, loyalty programs, or startup environments is a strong plus
- Demonstrated success in leading and scaling marketing initiatives
- Strong analytical abilities combined with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and proven capability in managing diverse stakeholders
- Open-minded, resilient, and confident in driving innovation within a fast-paced setting
