What You will be Doing

  • Contribute to software roadmap design and maintain the software backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
  • Support product managers in planning, coordinating, and implementing system enhancement projects
  • Assist in software ideation, technical development, and launch of new features and improvements
  • Conduct research and market analysis  to identify software requirements and enhance user satisfaction
  • Be the user’s advocate by leveraging data, software analytics and user research
  • Conduct testing and validation for system updates and process enhancements
  • Assist in project tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (E.g. Operations and IT) to streamline workflows and improve system usability

Who is Our Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies / Information Systems  / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the product management field
  • Hands-on software or operations experience in Mainland China is highly preferred
  • Professional experience in e-commerce, or those knowledgeable cross-border e-commerce industries in Mainland China is a plus
  • Technical experience with web and mobile applications
  • Experience in UX/UI design, including writing detailed specifications and wireframes
  • Ability to drive software growth using analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
