1.Part-time Video and Graphic Designer (New project - Cashback)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design and adapt graphics for app/web displays, external marketing, and social media
  • Handle basic video production tasks: filming, voice-over recording, subtitling, and post-production
  • Collaborate on content creation and execution plans, including storyboarding and editing
  • Work closely with teammates to develop creative ideas and digital-focused design concepts

2. Part-time E-Commerce Officer (Merchant Experience)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support merchants with daily operations such as orders, logistics, customer service, and promotions
  • Maintain high service standards across all merchant interactions
  • Assist in training workshops and create educational and marketing materials
  • Streamline processes and support onboarding of new merchants
  • Conduct regular workflow reviews to align with business growth

3. Part-time Live Show Operations Officer (O2O team)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and pick-pack operations for live show orders
  • Work with the customer service team to follow up on inquiries and suggest ways to improve fulfillment processes
  • Handle equipment setup, product uploads, stock management, and monitor live inventory during shows
  • Provide technical support on-site during live broadcasts
