What You will be Doing
- Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of internal auditors. Foster a culture of continuous learning, excellence, and professional growth.
- End-to-End Audit Execution: Plan, lead, and execute complex audits (operational, financial, IT, compliance) from scoping through to final report issuance. This includes evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Risk Assessment: Proactively monitor the business and industry landscape to identify emerging risks and ensure the audit plan remains relevant and forward-looking.
- Issue Tracking & Validation: Manage the audit issue tracking process, ensuring management actions are appropriate and implemented effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage data analytics and audit technology to enhance audit scope, efficiency, and insight generation.
- Perform ad-hoc projects or investigations whenever assigned
- Assist in the preparation of annual audit plan and internal audit updates to senior management as well as Audit Committee
- Maintain proper documentation of working paper to record audit work performed
Who is Our Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role leading auditors.
- Proven experience in a publicly-traded company and/or a complex, regulated industry (e.g., Tech)
- Experience interacting with Audit Committees and C-level executives.
- Member of HKICPA, ACCA or other equivalent professional accounting designation
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, independent and mature

- Superior Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and persuasively to all levels of the organization.
