Merchant Operations Support Officer (Welcome IANG/TTPS Visa)

What You will be Doing

  • Deliver day-to-day operational support to merchants, including documentation handling and resolution of inquiries
  • Ensure merchant records are accurately maintained and regularly updated within internal systems
  • Uphold high service standards across all aspects of merchant support
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan, streamline, and optimize operational workflows for improved efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong merchant relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term collaboration

 

Who is our Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Jira is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
