What You Will be Doing
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments within the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, social media campaigns, employee referral programs, and other creative sourcing methods
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, including hiring managers, HR business partners, universities, and recruiting agencies
- Conduct regular recruitment metrics analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools and technologies
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
- Assist with new hire onboarding such as preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas etc.
- Maintaining candidate database and reports
- Provide projects support as needed
Who is Our Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles and levels
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Self-motivated, proactive, and outgoing; Be agile and adapt to change
- With a positive and proactive attitude when encountering any challenges
