What You will be Doing
- Review and analyze sales performance and turnover to ensure the inventory level in both warehouse/O2O shops is at an optimum level
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and KPI analyses for sales trend review and promotion schedule
- Manage and monitor 3PL logistics service providers’ performance and related parties to ensure smooth operations & supply.
- Be innovative and improve the supply chain process as a whole by working closely with different parties, e.g., warehouse, suppliers, marketing, merchandising team etc.
- Responsible for O2O cycle count and stock take arrangement
- Participate in system and workflow development and enhancement
Who is Our Right Fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Supply Chain / Business Operations / e-Commerce or related disciplines
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the retail industry
- Detail-minded, proactive, independent with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong investigative sense, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Be able to think out of the box, and stay alert even when it comes to routine tasks
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
