What You will be Doing

  • Generate actionable insights and in-depth analysis from a sales-driven perspective to support management decisions
  • Ensure supply chain workflows are smooth and cost-efficient to secure retail sales
  • Ensure all systems and workflows are bringing positive impact to the operation as a whole
  • Communicate and negotiate with both internal and external parties to offer the best option to operations in different projects
  • Be objective and maintain the balance of interest between frontline operation and the department as a whole
  • Be detail-minded to foresee possible outcomes and issues whenever there is a new project. Ensure foreseeable issues can be catered
  • General & ad-hoc support for new projects

 

Who is Our Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations / e-Commerce / Supply Chain or related disciplines
  • 4-6 years relevant experience in the field of Business Operation / e-Commerce / Supply Chain or retail industry
  • Detail-minded, proactive, independent with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong investigative sense, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Be able to think out of the box, and stay alert even when it comes to routine tasks
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Officer
