What You will be Doing
- Generate actionable insights and in-depth analysis from a sales-driven perspective to support management decisions
- Ensure supply chain workflows are smooth and cost-efficient to secure retail sales
- Ensure all systems and workflows are bringing positive impact to the operation as a whole
- Communicate and negotiate with both internal and external parties to offer the best option to operations in different projects
- Be objective and maintain the balance of interest between frontline operation and the department as a whole
- Be detail-minded to foresee possible outcomes and issues whenever there is a new project. Ensure foreseeable issues can be catered
- General & ad-hoc support for new projects
Who is Our Right Fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations / e-Commerce / Supply Chain or related disciplines
- 4-6 years relevant experience in the field of Business Operation / e-Commerce / Supply Chain or retail industry
- Detail-minded, proactive, independent with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong investigative sense, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Be able to think out of the box, and stay alert even when it comes to routine tasks
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Officer
