What You will be Doing
- Own promotions from concept to delivery — defining campaign objectives, messaging strategy, and execution timeline
- Produce or art-direct visual assets and artwork for campaigns across digital ads, email, social media, and landing pages
- Develop and execute CRM strategies across CRM, Whatsapp, push, and in-app channels
- Design and optimise automated lifecycle journeys (onboarding, upsell, win-back) using customer segmentation data
- Run A/B tests on content, journeys, and send times; translate findings into improvements
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LINE, and other platforms
- Manage budgets and bid strategies to hit CPA, ROAS, and CPL targets
- Brief and iterate on creatives and landing pages with the creative team
- Oversee pixel/tag implementation and data integrity across ad platforms
- Deliver regular reports with clear insights and stakeholder recommendations
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines under pressure
- Adapting quickly to shifting priorities, platform changes, and market conditions
Who is our Right Fit
- Bachelor degree is a must, preferably in Marketing and Business Administration field
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing and/or paid digital advertising
- Proficiency with a major CRM/marketing automation platform
- Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and attribution models
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin is a strong plus
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing — LLMs for copywriting (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude), AI creative tools (e.g. Canva AI) or AI features within ad and CRM platforms is a plus
