What You Will be Doing

  • Shape the annual strategic framework specifically for the Personal Care category, setting clear growth priorities and directions.
  • Develop initiatives and promotional campaigns that drive GMV, using data insights tailored to personal care consumer behavior.
  • Lead category growth by identifying hero products, seasonal opportunities, and emerging trends in skincare, haircare, hygiene, and wellness.
  • Monitor market movements and competitor strategies within personal care, recommending merchandising and marketing actions to stay ahead.
  • Segment and analyze customer portfolios to design personalized content and promotions that build loyalty and repeat purchase in personal care.
  • Harness marketing analytics and automation tools to craft targeted campaigns and customer journeys unique to personal care shoppers.
  • Track campaign performance, ensuring efficiency and maximizing ROI on promotional investments in this category.
  • Partner with merchants in personal care to strengthen CRM synergies, adopting a client-centric approach to grow their business on HKTVmall.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, advertising, live shopping, and product teams to deliver a fully aligned personal care marketing strategy.

Who is Our Right Fit

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or strategic marketing, ideally with exposure to personal care or FMCG categories.
  • Proven track record in eCommerce or online business, with category management experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to spot trends and translate them into actionable growth plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Holistic thinker who connects insights across teams and functions.
  • Agile, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
