What You will be Doing
- Lead integrated campaign planning — objectives, messaging, creative direction, execution, and post-campaign review.
- Own the promotional calendar and brief; art-direct visual assets and artwork across digital ads, email, social, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with product, operations, and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Segment and analyze customer portfolios to design personalized content and promotions that build loyalty and repeat purchase
- Define CRM strategy across email, push, Whatsapp, and in-app; oversee lifecycle journeys and segmentation programmes.
- Oversee paid media planning and budget allocation across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
- Review performance against CPA, ROAS,guide the team on optimisation decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, advertising, live shopping, and product teams to deliver a fully aligned personal care marketing strategy
Who is our Right Fit
- 3–5 years in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
- Proven end-to-end campaign ownership — strategy, creative production, execution, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to spot trends and translate them into actionable growth plans.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with GA4, attribution data, and performance dashboards.
- E-commerce or platform marketing experience strongly preferred.

- Open-minded, innovative, and resilient under pressure, with a passion for driving excellence in fresh groceries marketing.
- Embracing a test-and-learn culture in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience on a quick commerce, on-demand delivery, or marketplace platform will be a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing workflows (LLMs, AI creative tools, AI ad/CRM features) will be a plus
- Candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong executional ability and potential will be considered for the Senior Marketing Officer position instead.
