What You Will be Doing

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Install, assemble, and test mechanical components
Perform advanced maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members on project tasks.
Diagnose complex mechanical issues and provide expert solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Train and mentor junior technicians.

Who is our Right Fit

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex mechanical/industrial systems.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical failure modes, implementing root-cause solutions, and optimizing system performance.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings, technical specifications, and pneumatic schematics.
Holding a valid Registered Electrical Worker license is a strong asset.
Core Competencies: Strong eagerness to learn, proactive problem-solving attitude, effective communication skills.
Fresh graduates with a strong passionate attitude and relevant internship experience are highly welcome and will be considered.
