What will You be Doing
- Monitor the frontline WhatsApp workgroup and provide timely support
- Update and revise SKU details, including product descriptions and photos
- Create and maintain SKUs using AI-assisted workflows
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Perform daily cash balance checks
- Prepare monthly closing reports
- Ensure confidentiality of all financial and business information
Who is Our Right Fit
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data handling
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in any discipline
- Familiar with AI tools and workflows (practical experience preferred)
- Available to work 3-4 days per week, including weekends
- Able to commit 6–8 working hours per day
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
- Prior experience in accounting, finance, or related fields is an advantage
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese
