What You will be Doing

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and stock turnover to maintain optimal inventory across warehouses and O2O channels.
  • Prepare sales, inventory, and KPI reports to support business performance review, promotion planning, and decision-making, leveraging AI-driven insights, workflow automation, and data visualization tools where appropriate.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of 3PL logistics service providers and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely supply.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory planning and supply chain operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Merchandising, Marketing, and Suppliers, to enhance operational efficiency and optimize costs.
  • Participate in system and workflow development and enhancement, actively promoting the adoption of AI and digital solutions to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead O2O inventory control, including cycle count, stock take, inventory reconciliation, and inventory governance, to ensure inventory accuracy, minimize stock loss, optimize inventory costs, and safeguard overall P&L performance.
  • General / ad-hoc support to new projects

Who is Our Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Supply Chain / Business Operation / e-Commence or related disciplines
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in the retail industry (candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position)
  • Detail-minded, proactive, independent with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong investigative sense, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Be able to think out of the box, and stay alert even when it comes to routine tasks
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiarity with Tableau, AI tools, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Candidate with more experience will be consider as a Senior Officer Position.
