About the Role
HKTVmall is inviting a Registered Dietitian to join our growing health and wellness team. This position blends professional nutrition expertise with modern customer engagement. You will provide personalised one‑on‑one Zoom consultations to support our customers’ health goals, while also contributing to educational content that informs, inspires, and empowers our community.
What You Will Be Doing
- Virtual Health Consultation: Conduct structured, 1-on-1 online Zoom consultations with HKTVmall customers to assess dietary needs, answer health inquiries, and offer personalised nutritional advice. Recommend verified wellness products and dietary adjustments tailored to individual client health goals.
- Compliance, Health Education & On-Screen Support: Review, fact-check, and approve medical/nutritional claims across product marketing materials (e.g., health supplements, organic foods) to ensure legal compliance and professional integrity. Participate in occasional short video filming and script reviews to share evidence-based nutrition tips, acting as a trusted expert face for our educational wellness content.
Who is Our Right Fit
- Education & Professional Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Human Nutrition, or a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.

Valid professional registration eligible to practice in Hong Kong, holding at least ONE of the following recognised credentials:
- Registered Dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), UK
- Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), USA
- Provincial Dietetic Registration holder in Canada (e.g., College of Dietitians)
- Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with Dietitians Australia
- Equivalent recognised professional dietitian registration (e.g., Hong Kong Dietitians Association / HKAD membership) - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in dietary consultation, clinical nutrition, or digital health advocacy.
- Media & Presentation Skills: Natural camera presence, high energy, and engaging communication skills over video and virtual consultation platforms (Zoom/Teams).
- Content Aptitude & Editing: Comfortable appearing in short video features; light video editing experience is a plus but not required.
- Work Schedule: Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule aligned with peak customer Zoom consultation slots, supported by flexi-time options.
- Languages: Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English.
