Senior Specialist - Learning & Development

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with business and Talent Management team to diagnose Training and Development Needs
  • Design, prepare and implement learning solutions which are aligned with the Group’s business and people development goals
  • Conduct critical evaluation on participants’ performance, and assess course effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Screen, select and partner with external training professionals to enrich the learning solutions available to the Talents
  • Manage divisional / Group-wide learning program offerings and ensure quality programs are delivered by subject matter experts or external professionals
  • Support special ad hoc projects

Who is our Right Fit

  • Degree Holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in learning and development in particular on designing and delivering learning programs up to middle management level
  • Commercial working experiences is desirable
  • Proven competencies in carrying out organization learning analysis and execution
  • Excellent service manner, independent, adaptable and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in communication and writing skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Familiar with Microsoft office applications and presentation tools
