Highline Manufacturing is looking for a Tier IV Supervisor for our Warehouse team located in Vonda, SK.

PURPOSE:

• Guide the team to success by coaching, counseling, leading, and motivating
• Provide specific, day to day guidance and direction to a production team, including planning, organizing and team leading
• Assist with achieving departmental goals on a daily basis

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide leadership to team members including One on One meetings with the team members
• Guide team members on how to work safely and advise Plant Leader of major safety concerns
• Work with team members on proper work methods and creating the Job Instruction breakdowns
• Assign work to team members, taking into account each individual’s abilities
• Organize the work by ensuring that the materials, tooling and equipment necessary to do the job are in place
• Perform hands-on duties, when time permits
• Help develop and maintain an effective continuous improvement system that motivates people to participate and become engaged. 
• Monitor inventory processes which are not in control. Apply problem solving methodology to determine alternative methods for the future which will improve inventory accuracy.
