Your new role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Quality Team as a Policy and Projects Coordinator on a Part Time basis. This role is highly flexible and depending on your availability, you can opt to take on up to a maximum of 0.8FTE with consideration for 0.6 FTE for the right candidate.

The position will be reporting to the Quality Manager in assisting with project coordination and policy development across programs and portfolios. This is a fixed term role running from the 15th of June 2026 to the 31st of October 2025.

 

Your duties and responsibilities will also include:

  • Undertake project work and quality activities that have emerged as a result of ongoing organisational progress across the portfolios
  • Identify existing policies and procedures which require updating to contain the most current information, ensuring direct reflection of internal responsibilities/authority, relevant standards, acts and legislation
  • Work closely with the Quality Manager to manage the Quality SharePoint repository
  • Have strong technology capabilities to support project work related to Riskware and other reporting avenues
  • Work closely with the relevant  Managers to review and edit policies, procedures and guidelines to reflect the most current and relevant information available
  • Ensure all new and reviewed documents utilise the current templates
  • Review, write and edit internal documents such as policies, procedures, program guidelines etc.
  • Manage a register of all incoming and outgoing projects
  • Keep abreast of the changing legislative and policy landscape to support the policy and project work
  • Undertake other project work, as directed by the Quality team

 

We are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Demonstrated flexibility in task application across various projects
  • Tertiary qualification in related discipline
  • Keen analytical and planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and edit documents to a high standard with a great eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in order to work with a variety of
  • stakeholders and potentially competing interests
  • Strong technical skills to support work across multiple applications
  • Knowledge of standards and how they relate to the various services within
  • Wintringham, including but not limited to, disability, aged care, NDIS,
  • homelessness and housing
  • Have an understanding of the cross functional nature of the portfolios and how
  • they interconnect at a program and funding level
  • Strong understanding of and interest in quality management and systems,
  • knowledge of the SharePoint Quality repository or similar
