About the role
Wintringham’s Quality Team is seeking an experienced Policy & Projects Coordinator to join our team. The role supports policy development, document management, quality improvement and project activities across Wintringham's service portfolios. Reporting to the Quality Manager responsibilities include the below:
- Lead policy and quality improvement projects that support safe, consistent and high-quality services across Wintringham.
- Shape practical, fit-for-purpose policies and procedures that meet organisational needs, legislative requirements and best-practice standards.
- Keep our Document Library working at its best by improving document control systems, templates and processes.
- Partner with Program Managers and subject matter experts to review, update and roll out key organisational documents.
- Turn regulatory and quality insights into action by supporting incident management, compliance and continuous improvement activities.
What are we looking for?
- A tertiary qualification and experience in policy development, compliance, quality, document management, project support, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to develop, review and maintain high-quality organisational documents.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience using document management, quality or continuous improvement systems, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an understanding of relevant legislative, regulatory and quality standards.
What we offer
- Employment type: Permanent full-time hybrid role (3 days in office).
- Pay: $90,000-$110,000 per annum plus super (depending on your qualifications & experience) Above Award pay and not-for-profit salary packaging benefits of up to $18,500 each year.
- Location: North Melbourne close to public transport and free parking.
