We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our eastern seaboard business on a full-time basis, with a specific focus on NSW/ACT.

 

About the role

You will form part of a national HR team, partnering with clinical and corporate leaders to oversee recruitment processes and strategy that drive positive outcomes. This is a fast-paced role that will see you manage a high volume of requests, whilst juggling multiple different stakeholders and priorities. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and implement a variety of bespoke sourcing channels, attracting and pipelining talent to meet the businesses’ current and future workforce needs, with a focus on social media and the passive talent market.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pools for critical roles within the business, delivering excellent candidate care.
  • Engage in proactive headhunting and innovative recruitment techniques to source qualified professionals.
  • Use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
  • Partner with preferred external partners that further supplement the talent needs of the company.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure all candidates have a positive recruitment experience, including:
    • Advertising of vacancies;
    • Screening of candidates;
    • Shortlisting process
    • Scheduling and potentially participating in interviews
    • Candidate management to offer stage
  • Act as an employer brand ambassador for Hall & Prior, promoting our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Support the development and implementation of talent and engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate requests for sponsorships.

 

What you’ll bring

We are looking for someone with the following attributes and qualities:

  • Experienced recruitment professional from an in-house (preferably), on-site, or agency background
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and attract talent in the aged care, allied health and healthcare market with the capacity to manage high volume recruitment
  • Track record of leveraging a variety of sourcing channels to attract diverse talent, including search methodologies using social and professional networks
  • Outstanding communicator with a proven track record of coaching leaders to ensure great hiring outcomes
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player
  • National Police Clearance (obtained in last six months)
  • Evidence of 2025 Influenza vaccination (or be willing to obtain)
  • Full working rights in Australia
