We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Quality Coordinator to join our NSW team on a full-time basis.

 

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Quality, this roving position will see you support our aged care homes located in the northern region of Sydney.

As Clinical Quality Coordinator, you will oversee and implement clinical quality initiatives, ensure compliance with aged care quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across our homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor compliance with aged care quality standards, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Clinical Governance: Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical governance structures and processes.
  • Education and Training: Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices, ensuring continuous professional development.
  • Auditing and Reporting: Conduct regular audits, prepare comprehensive reports, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

 

What you'll bring 

We'll need  to ensure you possess:

  • tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
  • two year's post-graduate experience working as a Registered Nurse in aged care
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • evidence of influenza vaccination
  • full working rights in Australia
