We are currently seeking a cook to join our team at Springhaven Lodge in Kojonup on a full-time basis, offering $73,200.
About the role
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will work alongside the clinical team to ensure that all residents receive the highest quality in dining experience each time they receive meal, all the while providing them and their families with respectful and efficient customer service.
Your well-honed culinary, communication and problem-solving skills are demonstrated when creating menus that maximise nutritional value, without compromising on taste, working as part of an inter-disciplinary team, as well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of aged care residents.
What you’ll need to succeed
Before you can be considered for this role, we’ll need make sure you possess the following:
- Cert III in Commerical Cookery or extensive experience
- Food Handling Certificate
- a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- evidence of Influenza vaccination
- full working rights in Australia
