SIL & Community Coordinator

We’re looking for a passionate and self-motivated SIL & Community Coordinator to join our dynamic team, supporting individuals within the NDIS sector. Reporting directly to the Disability Services Manager, this position will work in collaboration to achieve compliance as an implementing provider with the NDIS Commission.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating quality, person-centred supports and services, sourcing necessary resources, managing on call support and coordination for staff or clients that may require immediate action or follow-up support and building strong relationships with participants and key stakeholders. You’ll work closely with our teams to ensure they are well-equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to provide efficient and impactful care.

To be successful in this role, it is essential you possess:

  • Experience in delivering education and training to adult learners
  • Relevant tertiary or certificate qualifications and association registration (preferable)
  • Interest in pursuing research and conducting evaluation
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and provide person centred care
  • Demonstrated time management and organisation skills and ability to coordinate and prioritise referrals
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • ‘C’ Class Drivers license and ability to travel between homes
