We are looking for a dedicated Revenue Officer to join our NSW finance team, located in Lane Cove, on a full-time basis. Reporting to our NSW Financial Controller, you will be stepping into a supportive and high-performing team making a real difference in the aged care sector.
About the role
The core function of this position is to support revenue management and the collection of resident accounts. This includes liaising with stakeholders with financial responsibly, as well as relatives and trustees. Your responsibilities will also include:

Supporting resident billing and ensuring revenue completeness

Monitoring and assisting with collection of resident accounts

Liaising with client families regarding billing and payments

Processing and reconciling resident charges

Assist in preparing resident statements

Helping reconcile Commonwealth revenue

Maintain accurate and up-to-date files

Build and maintain relationships with internal staff, clients, and external stakeholders
What you’ll bring
We are looking for someone with the following attributes and qualities:
- Demonstrated Accounts Receivable experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification and association registration
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- National Police Clearance (obtained in last six months)
- Evidence of 2025 Influenza vaccination (or be willing to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia
