We are currently seeking a full-time Operations Support Officer to join our NSW State Office team based in Lane Cove.
About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will work in close collaboration with the NSW Operations Manager to provide comprehensive operational support across a variety of functions.
Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant registrations, certifications, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinating and monitoring maintenance schedules and activities
- Managing the company’s vehicle fleet, including servicing and registrations
- Contractor and supplier management
Success in this role requires strong administrative skills, a high level of organisation, confidence in engaging with external stakeholders, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and work proactively
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Evidence of Influenza Vaccination
- Full working rights in Australia
