The exciting opportunity as our Clinical Nurse Manager at Menaville:

• Manage clinical operations at our 45 bed aged care facility on Rockdale 
• Support the Director of Nursing to enable smooth running of the facility
• Provide clinical leadership, empowering and supporting the multidisciplinary team to achieve high quality care in a collaborative environment
• Maintain accreditation compliance by ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and supporting the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, and deliver exceptional customer service
• Uphold an environment where safe, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents, and their needs are consistently met

About you:

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as a Clinical Nurse Manager in residential aged care
• Enjoy sharing your excellent clinical knowledge and skills to educate and upskill staff
• A team player who values and promotes support and collaboration
• Calm, passionate and motivated
• Committed to person-centred, relationship-based care that upholds the dignity and respect of all residents
