About the exciting opportunity:

  • Full time role providing general administrative duties at our 134-bed aged care facility in Kiama
  • Report into the Director of Nursing 
  • Update, coordinate and distribute a fortnightly roster for staff
  • Manage timesheets and leave applications and arrange cover for employee absences
  • Facilitate a welcoming environment where high standards of customer service are consistently delivered
  • Manage the home’s filing system, including the archiving process
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of information management

About you:

  • Successful track record as an Administration Officer, ideally in a fast-paced health care environment
  • Previous experience with rostering and payroll support
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Humanforce or a similar rostering system
  • Friendly, delivers excellent customer service, and works well in a team environment as well as independently 
  • Proactive, demonstrates initiative, has strong organisational skills and able to multi-task
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
