The exciting opportunity

• Choose to work 4 days a week or full time
• Manage the day to day maintenance of our 61 bed Grafton aged care facility, located on a large block of land overlooking the Clarence River
• Responsible for minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance tasks across buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, handling minor repairs and escalating complex issues

About you

• Proven experience in building, property, or facility maintenance, ideally in aged care
• Hands on, proactive, respectful, and with strong time management and organisational skills
• Friendly, flexible and delivers excellent customer service
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Unlimited working rights in Australia and an unrestricted driver's license
