We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to work with Senior Managers in our Quality team; supporting our homes to develop, implement and maintain processes that ensure compliance with aged care accreditation standards.
About the role
You will assist the Quality Managers in preparing reports and implementing action plans in partnership with the home management teams. The QLDRN acts as an agent of change and is also responsible for driving continuous improvement across our homes. Your role will include Conducting audits for regulatory compliance and supporting homes to address gaps, as well as assisting in preparing for accreditation and supporting continuous improvement plans.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing (or similar) and AHPRA registration
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as an Educator, Quality Specialist or Senior Registered Nurse in residential aged care
- Strong understanding of the strengthened quality standards within aged care
- Auditing skills, including audit planning, implementation, communication and documentation or willingness and aptitude to learn
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of Influenza vaccination
- Full working rights in Australia
