Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 41 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA, ACT and NSW. We are looking for skilled Personal Care Workers to join our team at Clarence Estate in Albany. We have a variety of shifts available for part time or casual staff.
About the role
Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will work closely with our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day-to-day activities. You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.
What you’ll bring
Before you can be considered for this role, we’ll need make sure you possess the following:
- Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- evidence of Influenza vaccination, and
- full working rights in Australia.
