About the role

• Permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday
• Based at our beautiful and award-winning Karingal Green facility in High Wycombe with travel to other homes as required
• Work with the existing team to plan, coordinate and deliver education to an experienced team of care staff
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify the areas of education to focus on
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided and make any necessary improvements
• Deliver education on orientation days for new staff

What you’ll bring

• An AHPRA Registered Nurse with a proven track record in a Management or Educator role within residential aged care
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is ideal
• Excellent clinical knowledge and a sound understanding of the strengthened standards
• Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative, computer savvy and has a big picture approach to education
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
