The exciting opportunity
- Based out of State Office in Lane Cove and responsible for education at our Aubrey Downer, Glenwood, Sirius Cove, Montana and Caroline Chisholm homes
- Plan, create, coordinate and deliver education to clinical and care staff
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify the areas of education to focus on
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided and make any necessary improvements
- Ensure staff are educated to meet competency requirements

About you
- An AHPRA Registered Nurse with a proven track record in a Management or Educator role within residential aged care
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is ideal
- Excellent clinical knowledge and a sound understanding of the strengthened standards
- Willing to travel across the portfolio of homes and to regional facilities if required
- Dynamic, excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative, demonstrates initiative, self-motivated, computer savvy and has a big picture approach to education
