Administration Coordinator

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 41 residential aged care homes and in home support services across WA, NSW and ACT. The exciting opportunity:
- Based out of our State Office in Lane Cove with regular travel to our metro and regional aged care homes, predominantly in the Northern region
- Deliver pivotal in person and remote support on general administrative duties
- Oversee the quality of administration in the homes through audits and process improvements
- Provide project support including assisting with the testing, roll out and training for new business systems
- Provide leave cover for Administration Officers within the homes
- Consistently deliver high standards of customer service to internal and external stakeholders

About you:
- Successful track record as an Administration Coordinator
- Strong computer skills and experience with the implementation and ongoing support of business systems
- Process driven, continuous improvement focused and experienced identifying gaps in processes and devising solutions
- An unrestricted driver’s licence, access to a reliable vehicle and willing to travel across our homes
- Empathetic, caring, proactive, flexible, customer service focused, enjoys problem solving, strong communication skills and able to build productive relationships
- Unlimited working rights in Australia and willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination
