The exciting opportunity

• Permanent part time role working 7am – 11.30am on Thursdays with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts to cover leave
• 41 bed Glenwood aged care facility in the leafy suburbs of Greenwich
• Support smooth kitchen operations to ensure residents have a positive dining experience
• Assist with the food preparation of nutritious meals that meet individual dietary needs and choices
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment through cleaning and safe food storage
• Assist with food service while providing respectful and efficient customer service

What you’ll need to succeed

• A Food Safety Certificate
• Proven experience as a Kitchen Hand in residential aged care

• Personable, respectful and strong communication and customer service skills
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Working rights in Australia
