The exciting opportunity

  • Based out of State Office in Lane Cove with travel to our metro and regional homes in NSW, ACT & Qld as referrals require
  • Conduct basic triage of wounds logged through our internal portal
  • Prevent and treat a wide variety of wounds including skin tears, pressure injuries, IAD, leg ulcers, skin grafts and palliative wounds
  • Plan, create, coordinate and deliver informal and formal education on skin integrity and wound management to clinical and care staff
  • Improve the quality of wound management by obtaining comprehensive and accurate data from the homes

About you

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse with at least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Excellent clinical knowledge, confident in basic wound care and with a special interest in skin integrity
  • Process driven, experienced conducting thorough assessments and completing comprehensive and accurate documentation
  • Full driver’s licence, reliable car, and willing to travel across our metro and regional facilities in NSW & ACT as required
  • Excellent communicator, approachable, flexible, empathetic, and enjoys providing informal and formal education
