The exciting opportunity

• Join the team at our homely 45 bed Menaville aged care facility in Rockdale
• Permanent part time role working predominantly mornings and afternoon shifts, and the option to pick up extra shifts to cover leave
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Develop positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a pleasant home environment
• Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care
• Collaborate with Nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, person-centred care

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven track record as a Personal Care Worker in residential aged care
• Flexible, reliable and available to work a variety of shifts
• Personable, respectful, and with strong communication and customer service skills
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Unlimited working rights in Australia is essential (people on student visas or requiring sponsorship will not be considered)
