The exciting opportunity

• Casual role with Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm shifts available
• Homely 46 bed Caroline Chisholm aged care facility in Lane Cove
• Deliver activity programs that cater for resident needs and preferences
• Give one-on-one assistance to residents enabling them to take part in social events
• Support residents with mobility, nutrition and hydration management, and meaningful activities that promote wellbeing
• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect resident’s care

About you

• Experience as a Lifestyle Officer in residential aged care
• Motivated, compassionate, excellent communication skills, and able to build strong rapport with residents
• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is highly regarded
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and flu vaccination, or willingness to obtain
• Current working rights in Australia is essential
