The exciting opportunity
- Additional Senior role created to support, supervise and mentor our team of Dietitians
- Work across designated homes in NSW, Qld and ACT
- Support integrations, quality improvement projects and training programs
- Conduct dietetics assessments and develop and implement individualised care plans
- Liaise with the Food Service teams to assist in developing menu options for resident’s individual needs
- Provide expert advice on nutrition-related risks, deficiencies, and corrective actions
- Be involved with continuous improvement initiatives to ensure best practice operations
- Design and deliver nutrition and hydration education programs for staff and external stakeholders

About you
- Tertiary qualified in Dietetics and registered as an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia
- Successful track record as a Dietitian in an acute or aged care setting
- Willing to travel to homes across metro and regional NSW, Qld and Canberra as required
- Empathetic, flexible, resilient, conscientious, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain) and unlimited working rights in Australia
