The fantastic opportunity

• Casual role with predominantly AM and PM shifts available
• Deliver high quality clinical care to the residents of our 46 bed Caroline Chisholm aged care facility in Lane Cove
• Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
• Formulate, review and update care plans
• Analyse assessment results to determine care needs
• Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents’ care
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What you’ll need to succeed

• Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia
• Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
