The exciting opportunity:
- Provide in person support to a designated portfolio of aged care homes across NSW, Qld & ACT
- Assist, guide and educate staff on clinical documentation relating to AN-ACC, clinical care and compliance outcomes
- Be part of the solution and act as an agent of change by identifying and addressing areas for documentation improvement
- Design and deliver education to small groups of Registered Nurses and Personal Care Workers
- Identify the appropriate funding for consumers, prepare AN-ACC reclassification submissions and assist the homes during AN-ACC site visits
- Collaborate with the clinical, finance and IT teams to ensure funding is reported accurately

About you:
- A Registered Nurse with experience in residential aged care as a Senior Registered Nurse, Clinical Nurse Manager or Documentation Specialist
- Valid driver’s licence, reliable car and willing to travel across your portfolio of homes including to regional facilities as required
- Excellent clinical skills, a sound understanding of the AN-ACC tool and experience using iCare is ideal
- Driven, high attention to detail, proactive, enjoys educating staff and committed to improving clinical documentation
- Personable, confident, superb interpersonal and communication skills and able to support, engage and inspire staff
