The exciting opportunity

• Option to work permanent part-time or full-time role with a variety of shifts available
• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents of our 61-bed Grafton aged care facility 

• Formulate, review and update care plans aligned to residents needs and wishes
• Conduct and analyse assessments to determine care needs
• Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents’ care
• Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What you’ll need to succeed

• Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia
• Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Current working rights in Australia are essential
