The exciting opportunity:

  • Based at our Southern Hub in Penshurst with regular travel to our homes in Sydney's southern suburbs, and to the northern suburbs and regionally as required
  • Deliver pivotal in person and remote support on general administrative duties
  • Oversee the quality of administration in the homes through audits and process improvements
  • Provide project support including assisting with the testing, roll out and training for new business systems
  • Provide leave cover for Administration Officers within the homes
  • Consistently deliver high standards of customer service to internal and external stakeholders

About you:

  • Successful track record in an Administration role, strong computer skills and experience with the implementation and ongoing support of business systems
  • Process driven, continuous improvement focused and experienced identifying gaps in processes and devising solutions
  • An unrestricted driver’s licence, access to a reliable vehicle and willing to travel across our homes
  • Empathetic, caring, proactive, flexible, customer service focused, enjoys problem solving, strong communication skills and able to build productive relationships
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia and willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination
